Description:Very small winter/early spring annual ephemeral, flowering just beginning (no mature capsules), infrequent but greater numbers expected in time among the currently more common and earlier flowering Hedyotis crassifolia; stems short from fibrous roots; corolla small, white, lobes ca. 2 mm long and 11 mm wide, with floral width ca. 5 mm, sepals as long as tube or longer. 
Habitat:Hilly, grassy roadside, clay soil.
