Habitat: | Sand and gravel quarry, acidic peaty humus, glacier-deposited sand, gravel, granitic gnessic boulders; disturbed shrubland and bog-like wetlands, full sun, dominated by Comptonia peregrina, Betula populifolia, Salix spp., Juncus spp., Spiraea, Alnus, native and exotic weeds; disturbed, bulldozed, moist sand near gravel piles; primarily exotic species such as Trifolium spp. |
