Description | Plants firmly attached to, and readily pulling up by the extensively branched, but more fleshly than fibrous roots; stems glabrate to spreading pubescent; sepals from nearly white or pale blue to lavender to fairly deep blue, narrow, the spur 2x as long as blade of upper sepal; lower petals mostly similar in color to sepals or a little lighter, cleft nearly half of length; upper petals somewhat lighter, all four prominently purplish-veined; follicles scarcely at all divergent. |
