Description Very local, erect fleshy succulent herb, stems pinkish, leaves elliptis in cross section, flowers magenta, tiny (?cleistogamous), within dense tufts of white hair.
Habitat Disturbed, loamy clay with gravel over level dolomite 'pavement' bedrock; weedy, cleared ground; former dolomite prairie; few native plants present.
