Locality USA. Oregon , Lincoln Co. : Ca. 0.5 mi. W of "Lost Prairie" which is ca. 0.6 mi. SE of Rose Lodge just W of Forest Service Road 210; on margin of maintained campsite; S of OR 18 and Salmon River; Siuslaw National Forest. T7S, R9W, Sec. 3. 44° 58' 0" N 123° 47' 60" W
Description Locally common tree ca. 4-8 m tall with glaucous foliage, pale green erect cones on upper branches.
Habitat Rocky exposed ridge; humus; slopes and level areas around parking area on basaltic bedrock; open well drained rocky areas among Abies procera, Penstemon cardwellii; Coast Range Ecoregion.
