Description Broad-ovate shrub, ca. 10 ft. high and across; wood grayish-brown to rich brown; branches many, ascending-arching to pendulous, filled to ground; leaflets 3-5-paired, mostly 4-paired, dark green; gland at basal leaflet pair, yellowish; flowers profuse, rich golden-yellow, 4 cm across, opening fully; stamens 3:4:3, central smaller.
