Description Young shrub, ca. 5 ft high and 2 ft. across; old wood brown, densely tan-lenticellate; branches green, ascending-upcurved; leaves semi-erect-recurved; leaflets consistently 3-paired, oblique to vertical, concave, dark grayish-green; gland obscure; flowers rich golden-yellow; corolla open-cupped; petals concave; calyx yellow-green, 2 upper segments reflexed; male 3:4:3.
