Habitat: | Hillside seepage bog; associates include Balduina uniflora, Drosera capillaris, D. tracyi, Eriocaulon decangulare, Juncus trigonocarpus, Lycopodium carolinianum [Lycopodiella caroliniana], Polygala cruciata, Rhynchospora oligantha, R. macra, Scleria reticularis, Xyris ambigua, X. baldwiniana, X. difformis var. curtissii [X. curtissii], and X. scabrifolia.
