Habitat: | Secondary sandhill oak wood; with longleaf pine [Pinus palustris], turkey oak [Quercus laevis], bluejack oak [Q. incana], Serenoa repens, Q. geminata, Q. myrtifolia, Q. chapmanii, Stillingia, Aristida, with occasional Ceratiola, Lupinus, Chrysobalanus oblongifolius [Licania michauxii], and Myrica pusilla [M. cerifera]; moist margin of a beach. |
