Locality:USA. Florida. St. Johns Co.: E side of beach residence, 1029 Ponte Vedra Boulevard, Ponte Vedra Beach.
Description:Multiple sprawling, rhizomatous shrubs 2-3 ft. tall, rooting at nodes, with runners at least 10-12 ft. long, forming a patch 30 ft. long and wide; foliage with a spicy, resinous aroma, medium green above, grayish white pubescent below; corolla purple; drupes green maturing to dark brown. 
Habitat:Ocean side of dunes.
