Description:Subcanopy tree 16 cm dbh; bole deeply and sinuously fluted, strangler-like and forming pockets; bark smoothish, gray, soft-spongy; slash tan, turning brown. 
Habitat:On the slopes; evergreen forest on the lower part of a limestone slope.
