Description:Very abundant. 
Habitat:In open parts of pothole depression in pineland where water stands during lengthy periods of heavy rains (completely withour sur), face water at the time of this collection; plants of this species overtopping a virtual "sod" of rhizmatous Mimosa strigillosa.
