Habitat: | Dense, disturbed white sand scrub with occasional Pinus clausa to 4 m high; cabbage palm [Sabal palmetto], Serenoa repens, Quercus geminata in large clonal colonies, Q. virginiana, Q. chapmanii, Q. myrtifolia, Befaria racemosa (anthesis), Lyonia lucida, L. fruticosa, L. ferruginea, Vaccinium floridanum [V. stamineum], Osmanthus megacarpus, Vaccinium myrsinities, Rhus, Smilax, Bumelia [Sideroxylon], and Geoblanus [Licania michauxii]. |
