Description:Plants to 8 ft. tall, stems ca. 3-4 in. in diameter; leaves very stiff and sharp, dark green; tepals fleshy, ivory-white, with a little violet at tip, the ovary green, style white, the stamens white. 
Habitat:Small island of "dog-tooth" limestone, with scrub of Juniperus, Sabal, Eugenia, Torrubia [= Guapira ?, never found in Levy Co.], Yucca, and Opuntia.
