Description:Twining vine, to tops of trees; stem at base woody with corky-ridged bark; racemes pendent from leafless woody stems; flowers purple with some yellow on limb of calyx. 
Habitat:In hammock plagued with vines, both native and exotic.
Reproductive State:Flower, Fertile
Notes:CULTIVATED.
