Habitat:Bedded, slash pine [Pinus elliottii] plantation (former wet prairie); with Aristida beyrichiana [A. stricta var. beyrichiana], Eriocaulon decangulare, Fuirena breviseta, Hypericum fasciculatum, Juncus scirpoides, Oxypolis filiformis, Rhynchospora inundata, Sagittaria graminea, and Xyris ambigua. Soils - Smyrna (Aeric Haplaquods).
