Description: | Locally common shrub less than 1 to ca. 2 m high, usually with several erect stems and bushy in habit; deciduous and in young leaf, the nerves impressed below, prominent above, pale; petioles purple; panicles and pedicels green; corollas creamy white, greenish at base, the lobes reflexed, 3-5 but usually 4, unequal, sometimes markedly so, the shortes in full anthesis ca. 10-13 mm, the longes ca. 13-16 mm; anthers abruptly acute to cuspidate (not mucronate or acuminate). |
