Description:Basal rosette of leaves with seven flower stalks, the tallest of which is 30 in.; Flowers yellow, open in the morning, closed by afternoon. 
Habitat:Sandy soil; with Lippia dulcis [? L. nodiflora?], Ambrosia artemisiifolia, and Paspalum notatum.
