Habitat:Opening in seasonally wety upland woods; associates: Gymnopogon brevifolius, Ludwigia hirtella, Pycnanthemum tenuifolium, Scutellaria integrifolia, Spiraea tomentosa, Hypericum stans, Rosa setigera.
